abbiamo inoltrato una richiesta presso l’Ufficio della Cancelliere della Repubblica Federale Tedesca.

Titolo della richiesta:
Die Familiengemeinschaften nach dem Gleichstellungsmodell
(Famiglie secondo un modello paritario)

La richiesta di Deepak Rajani ha l’obbiettivo di modificare la legge attuale onde equiparare i diritti e gli obblighi tra madri e padri nei casi di tutela dei propri bambini in casi di separazione.

Purtroppo in Germania in milioni di casi i patri, raramente anche madri, perdono, o non ricevono in modo assoluto, la tutela dei propri figli senza alcun motivo plausibile. Milioni di bambini vivono quindi cosi senza padre. Questo accade giornalmente in Germania in un paese che si definisce da se stesso altamente democratico e si conferma da se stesso che rispetta i diritti umani.
Strasburgo parla un’altra lingua.
Ciò deve finire!

La richiesta è stata registrata presso l’Ufficio della Cancelliere e quindi risulta presentata alla stessa Cancelliere Merkel.

ein wichtiger Vorschlag ist beim Kanzleramt abgegeben worden.

Titel des Vorschlages:
Die Familiengemeinschaften nach dem Gleichstellungsmodell

Der Vorschlag von Deepak Rajani, der als Ziel eine Änderung der aktuellen Gesetze hat, um eine Gleichstellung von Vater und Mutter bei der gemeinsamen Sorge der eigenen Kinder, ist im Kanzleramt angekommen und liegt damit der Kanzlerin vor.

Leider in Deutschland in abertausende von Fällen verlieren Väter, selten auch Mütter, das Sorgerecht für die eigene Kinder ohne jeglichen plausiblen Grund und völlig willkürlich. Bei den meisten unverheirateten Väter, bekommen diese das Sorgerecht nicht einmal. Millionen von Kinder leben in Deutschland ohne Vater.
Dies passiert in Deutschland tagtäglich. In einem Land, das sich selbst als höchst demokratisch bezeichnet. Und sich selbst bescheinigt die Menschenrechte zu achten.
Dies bezüglich, spricht Straßburg deutlich eine ganz andere Sprache.
Dies muss aufhören.

Über die Notwendigkeit der Weiterverfolgung dieser Idee kann auf der Webseite der Kanzlerin (Dialog-über-Deutschland.de) abgestimmt werden. Viele Stimmen erhöhen die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass das Thema im Kanzleramt beraten wird!

La demande de M. Deepak Rajani a l’objectif de modifier la loi actuelle afin de comparer les droits et les obligations entre les mères et les pères dans les cas des droits de protection de leurs enfants en cas de séparation.

Malheureusement en Allemagne dans les millions de cas les père, rarement de mères, perdent, ou ne reçoivent pas un absolu, les droits de protection de leurs enfants sans aucune raison plausible. Des millions d’enfants vivent si bien sans un père. Ce qui se passe chaque jour en Allemagne dans un pays qui se définit hautement démocratique et qui est confirmé par lui-mêmes qui respecte les droits de l’homme.
Strasbourg parle hautement une autre langue.
Cela doit cesser!

La demande a été enregistrée au bureau Bureau de la Chancelière de la République d’Allemagne. La chancelière Merkel, elle mêmes, a la demand.
